Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Trainer to join our team. As a Master Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing fitness programs, providing coaching and guidance to clients, and promoting overall wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall health
- Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fitness-related roles is preferred
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and physical education principles
- Certification in personal training is required
- Strong understanding of body mechanics and fitness sales techniques
